However, please note that we may not be able to deliver to you certain experiences, if you choose to not allow us to collect your personal information. Further, some of our services may not be able to take into account your interests or preferences with respect to your personal information.

We retain your personal information for legitimate reasons as specified in this Privacy Policy as well as for complying with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our rights, for our legitimate business interests such as detecting and preventing fraud, enhancing safety, tax and auditing obligations, and reasons of public interests. We maintain copies of your personal information to prevent destruction of the same due to some accident, hence such copies may not be removed from our backup systems for some time. We shall ask you to verify your identity, post which your request will be reviewed, and if possible we will withdraw the consent as per your request and stop processing of your personal information.

We may at our sole discretion modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and communicate the changes to you by publishing a notice on our website or over an email. In case there are any significant changes to the privacy policy that may in any way affect any of your rights then same shall be communicated to you 30 calendar days in advance over an email. If you continue to interact with our website after 30 calendar days from the receipt of notice to changes in this Privacy Policy, it shall be deemed as your acceptance to the changes made thereof. It is recommended to check our privacy policy from time to time on our website.
